The Martin Residence

The Martin Residence was a mid-century designed project based around aging in place. This meant the clients moving in wanted to be able to live out the rest of their lives here. We were given the shell of a condo and it was up to us to come up with a layout per our clients request. The most important factor to me was to ensure each bedroom had a window, which proved to be quite a challenge given the limited window availability.
